The hotel has useful amenities in the rooms, but there was a sweaty smell. Despite that, the stay was worth it, especially booking an ITC One suite. The service was exceptional with courteous staff willing to upgrade rooms. The location is perfect and highly recommended, with everything nearby. The dining experience was pleasant, particularly at Dakshin, with friendly waiters and good food.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and we even received a complementary upgrade. Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms in one of their renovated towers were spacious, clean, and had a fresh ambiance. The common balcony added a nice touch to the elegance of the room. I was truly impressed by the elegant and royal look and feel of the rooms that were always impeccably clean. The hotel's location in the middle of the city, close to malls and Cubbon Park, was simply perfect. The service was so friendly and professional, making us feel truly valued, and the dining experience was sumptuous and top-notch although the home-made yogurt stood out. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few minor cons.
